Founded in 1982, The Health Resource Network is a non-profit health education organization consisting of physicians, health educators, health promotion experts, and other health care professionals committed to developing new and more effective programs for improving people's health and well-being.
In addition to other activities, the organization annually sponsors Stress Awareness Month (April 1-30) and National Stress Awareness Day (April 16) to help promote increased public awareness about stress.
